ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrested on 21.03.2021 for the offence under Section 4(1)(a) & 4(1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No.130 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was illegally found in possession of 30 bottles of liquor without any valid license and the same was seized by the respondent police. Hence, this complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and further submitted that there are thiry previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that the petition is the habitual offender and there are thirty previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
