(CRIME NO.363 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition No. (b) to report before the respodnent police daily at 10.30. am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.GNANASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 14.12.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.24316 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 p.m., until further orders, stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
