This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to return back the stolen articles which is in the custody of the 6th respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that there is a partnership between the parties and there is a suit pending in O.S.No.99 of 2016 before the District Munsif Court, Kangeyam. The learned counsel further submitted that the respondent police are not in a possession of any articles.
