Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the bail condition pertaining to the deposit of title deed worth about Rs.50,00,000/- in Cr.NO.19/18 on the file of the respondent police imposed in Anticipatory Bail order granted on 14.12.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.2950/19.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MALINI GEORGE, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR. C. RAGHAVAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/A2 & A3 to modify the bail condition pertaining to the deposit of title deed worth about Rs.50,00,000/- in Crime No.19/2018 on the file of the respondent police imposed in anticipatory bail order granted on 14.02.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.2950 of 2019 on the file of this Court.
2. Heard both side and perused all the materials available on record.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners had already filed in Crl.O.P.No.2950 of 2018 seeking for anticipatory bail and the same was granted anticipatory bail, by an order dated 14.02.2019, on the condition imposed by this Court and that the petitioners are directed to deposit the title deeds worth about Rs.50,00,000/-.

Following the same, the attachment order in C.M.P.No.10781 of 2018 in Crime No.19 of 2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur, by an order dated 28.11.2018 and thereafter, the property was attached by the respondent/complainant worth about Rs.50,00,000/- in the same crime No.19 of 2018. 5.
Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the following conditional order is modified as follows: (a) and (b) the conditional order imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2950 of 2019, dated 14.02.2019 shall stands deleted. (c) The other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2950 of 2019, dated 14.02.2019 remain unaltered. 6.
