This petition has been filed to relax the condition paragraph no.7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at Page No.1 of 4
10.30 a.m., until further orders; imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4683 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025 in Crime No.277 of 2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4683 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025 is relaxed.
