O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) The present Contempt Petition is taken out alleging the non compliance of the order dated 29.08.2013, made in W.P.No.14010 of 2013.

2. It is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the Review Petition (C) Nos.42-43 of 2014 to review the order in the Special Leave To Appeal (C) Nos.23939-23940 of 2014 was also dismissed on 16.02.2015.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Contemnor would submit that the order has been complied with by offering an appointment to the petitioner for the post of Mate vide proceedings of the Chief Engineer in 11500/29/Comp Aptt/MM/08/EINB dated 29.04.2015. In the light of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
