Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in respect of the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in File No.MDDL002552 dated 22.11.2021 quash the same and direct the respondents to reimburse the medical expenses of Rs.1,75,207/- (Rupees one lakh seventy five thousand two hundred and seven only) to the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu New Health Insurance Scheme, 2016 and 2020 (employees) based on the petitioner's application dated 30.06.2021 within a specified period of time. In the light of the fact that an alternate remedy available to the petitioner to approach the District Level Empowerment Committee, Kancheepuram, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the committee and seeks to have the period spent before this Court excluded while calculating limitation.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Level Empowerment Committee, Kancheepuram. The period spent before this Court shall be excluded by the committee while calculating limitation. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
