This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioners in connection with the complaint given by the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit on the complaint given by fourth respondent, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.313 of 2021 and the same has been closed on 07.04.2022. He would further submit that the second and third respondents police are not harassing the petitioners.

3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondents police shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass them.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
