***** C O M M O N O R D E R These revisions arise out of marital discord between parties.

2. Under a memo filed by both, a settlement of dispute and terms thereof is informed. Such joint memo signed both by the parties as also their respective counsel is notarized. In the circumstances, these revisions shall stand closed. The joint memo of compromise dated 06.02.2017 shall form part of the records. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

3. Given the position that the dispute between the parties stand settled, the pendency of C.C.No.251 of 2013 on the file of learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, wherein the second respondent faces trial for offence u/s. 341,323,498 A r/w 34 IPC, will stand in the way of healing old wounds, this Court considers it appropriate to exercise powers u/s. 482 Cr.P.C and quash all further proceedings in such case.

Learned counsel for petitioner has made an endorsement informing that petitioner has no objection to such a course. Herein to enter the Memo of Compromise.
