Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2009 within the time frame.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the lands in S.F.No.219/2 of Chennampatty Village, which was sought to be acquired in the year 1998 and the said acquisition proceeding was quashed by this Court in W.P.No.11196 of 1989 dated 11.07.1998. During the pendency of the writ petition, the Government's name was entered in the revenue records and thereafter, the petitioner has given several representations for reversing the entry made in the revenue records, however, no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action action was taken on the said representations. Finally, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 13.07.2009 and the same is pending consideration.

4. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, submitted that the respondents may be directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.

5. For the reasons stated above, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2009 for reversing the entries made in the revenue records in favour of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
