ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order, dated 07.11.2025 passed in I.A.No.02 of 2024 in H.M.O.P.No.264 of 2022 by the Sub Court, Tambaram.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the following joint endorsement has been made by the parties to the dispute :- "The petitioner and respondent have amicably settled and reported before this Hon'ble Court to withdraw all the case pending before Sub-Court, Tambaram."

3. All the parties, namely the husband, wife and their son S.Harshavardhan are present in the court today. Only in their presence, the above endorsement has been made by both the counsels. All the parties agreed to withdraw all the proceedings initiated by them, which is pending before the Sub Court, Tambaram.

4. In terms of the endorsement made by both the counsels, on instructions, which is also countersigned by the respective parties, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as settled out of court. The petitioner/husband (S.Sivanandham) agrees to maintain his wife (respondent herein) and his son in the future without fail and he also agrees that he shall provide proper accommodation to his wife and his son. The respondent/wife (K.Senthamarai Selvi) also states that she has Page No.2 of 4

no objection for the husband having his brother who is unmarried and elder to him, to remain in the very same house, where the husband is living. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
