This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 8 to 10 herein as legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent.

2. Mr. U.Venkatesan, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the 1st respondent died on 24.06.2021. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent appeared and raised his formal objections.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 8 to 10 in the above Second Appeal.
