This petition is filed seeking direction to the third respondent police to provide adequate police protection to erect fencing at the petitioner property measuring an extent of 3 acres, 18 cents, comprising in Survey No.272/B, situated at Vadavalli Village, Annur Taluk, Chinna Pudhur Town, Coimbatore District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. He also submitted that the complaint of the petitioner in C.S.R.No.299 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023 was enquired in to and the same was closed.
