ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Bhavani to dispose of the suit in OS.No.141 of 2010 as

expeditiously as possible within the time frame which may be fixed by this Court 2.

When the matter was listed on 01.02.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 03.02.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 03.02.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
