JUDGMENT

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff and the learned counsel appearing for the defendant are present and submitted that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and to that effect the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff has made an endorsement.

2. Accordingly, the present Suit is dismissed as settled Out of Court and the Registry is directed to refund the full court fee to the plaintiff, as per Rules. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
