ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the conditions imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.1408 of 2019 dated 20.02.2019, for the offence under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC in Crime No.486 of 2018, while granting bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.1408 of 2019, dated 20.02.2019, regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

5. Considering the above submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.1408 of 2019, dated 20.02.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
