2. Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate for 1st respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District judge (Mahila Court), Erode to expedite the trial in SC No.89 of 2021 and complete the same, as expeditiously as possible and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
