3 JANSIRANI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Para No.8(c) of order that they shall stay in Nagapattinam and report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, nagapattinam daily at 10.00.a.m until further order dated 15.03.2022 in Crl.A No.218/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.RAJKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.LEONARD ARUL JOSEPH SELVAM, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)(R-1 & R-2) and MR.R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate (R-3)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police fairly admits that, the petitioner herein has been complied with the condition only upto 06.04.2022. It shows that the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 15.03.2022 passed by this Court.
