ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition to direct the respondents to consider her representation dated 11.08.2018 seeking issuance of destitute widow certificate. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, despite a certificate issued by the Village Administrative Officer, Chinnasamudram, Pethanayakkanpalayam Taluk, Salem District, after enquiry, to the effect that the petitioner is a destitute widow, a copy of which is enclosed at page 15 of the typed set of papers filed along with this writ petition, the respondents have not considered the representation dated 11.08.2018 submitted by the petitioner, till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents would consider the representation of the petitioner, in the light of the aforesaid certificate issued by the Village Administrative Officer, within a period of six weeks. 4.Recording the submission so made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the certificate issued by the Village Administrative Officer, after providing due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
