This petition is filed to condone the delay of 153 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel for the petitioner.

A Memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dispense with respondent 4. Therefore, respondent 4 is removed from the array of parties.

Insofar as respondents 1 to 3 are concerned, Mr.S.Muthiah, learned counsel represents.

The delay is only 153 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 153 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
