This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the second respondent (A1) in Crl.O.P. No.29569 of 2018 dated 12.02.2019.

2. Heard Mr.T.R.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. On carefully considering the submissions made on either side and the materials available on record, this Court does not find any ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the second respondent (A1). That apart, the final report has already been filed and it has been taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate - II, Chengalpet in C.C. No.309 of 2022. In view of the same, this petition is closed.
