ORDER
It appears that the revision case has already been dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 03.8.2015 in respect of the first petitioner.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case in respect of the second petitioner also. He has also made an endorsement in the case to that effect.
3. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
