Despite the matter being listed on 22.10.2025, 12.11.2025 and 10.12.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner.

Even today (01.06.2026) when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, when the matter is called in the morning session and passed over and taken up at end of the day, which only goes to show that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
