This application has been filed seeking leave to produce additional documents. According to Mr.N.Nagu Sah, learned counsel appearing for the applicant the documents would demonstrate the relationship between the testatrix and the applicant. Mr.R.Mukundan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would seek time to file counter.

2. Considering the nature of the documents filed in nature of the dispute, I do not see any necessity for a counter. The application is allowed, the documents are permitted to be produced subject to proof and relevancy.

3. Counsel for the applicant shall serve copies of the documents that have been permitted to be produced on the counsel for the respondent. The Registry is directed to list the suit before the learned Additional Master No.IV, for recording evidence.
