ORDER

The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the order of the Writ Court has been appealed before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in condone delay petition in C.M.P. No.7383 of 2023 in W.A. SR.37683 of 2023.

2.While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely continue with the contempt proceedings. 3.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
