[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to secure and produce the petitioner's son viz., V.Gokulraj, aged about 23 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

It is the case of the petitioner that her son V.Gokulraj, aged about 23 years, went missing from 02.02.2021 and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure her. 3.
On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner, a case in Ramanatham Police Station Crime No.83 of 2021 for 'man missing' was registered on 16.04.2021 and investigation is in progress.
Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed with a direction to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thittakudi Sub-Division, to monitor the investigation in Ramanatham Police Station Crime No.83 of 2021 and keep the petitioner informed of the developments, if any. As and when the detenu V.Gokulraj, aged about 23 years, is secured, he shall be produced before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thittakudi, under intimation to the petitioner. On such production, the learned Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders with regard to the custody in accordance with law.
