ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reports that a case in Crime No.11 of 2021 has been registered for the offences under Section 406, 468, 471, 420 and 506(i) IPC and the investigation is pending before the respondent police.
4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

5. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
