(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the parties today agreed that the issue in question will be governed by the Judgment of the Supreme Court in Puducherry Scheduled Caste People Welfare Association vs. Chief Secretary to Government, Union Territory of Pondicherry and Others [(2014) 9 SCC 236] and thus, the issue raised in the petition is no more res integra.
