JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This original side appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 15.06.2017 in T.O.S.No.8 of 2004. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties. A letter dated 04.06.2018 to that effect has also been given to the Registry. 3.In such view of the matter, the Original Side Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. Office is directed to refund half of the Court fee paid under memorandum of appeal as per Rules. No costs.
