Prayer: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to modify the condition '' the petitioners/accused should execute a bond each for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem, and the sureties should be parents or close relatives are necessary and they should produce necessary documents to own a valuable property'' imposed by the Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Salem, in Crl.M.P.Nos.180 & 213 of 2024 dated 01.03.2024.

Side) COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed that the petitioners/accused should execute a bond each for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem, and the sureties should be parents or close relatives are necessary and they should produce necessary documents to own a valuable property, by the Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Salem, in Crl.M.P.Nos.180 & 213 of 2024 dated 01.03.2024. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Taking all the factors into consideration, the above condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute separate bond each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem. 21.03.2024 ata Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes
