( CRIME NO. 333/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in relaxation petition in para 4 in Crl.MP.No.5235/2020 in Crl.OP.No.2082/2020 dated 03.09.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court in Crime No.333/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police every Monday until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that now S.C number has been assigned.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5235 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.2082 of 2020, dated 03.09.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court each and every date of hearing.
