...Respondent
Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to dispose of A.S.No.53 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai, within the time stipulated by this Court.
For Petitioners :

O R D E R
Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the
learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of A.S.No.53 of 2016 in O.S.No.269 of 2014 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent as a plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.269 of 2014 for injunction restraining the defendants/petitioners herein from evicting him except due process of law. The petitioners have filed a written statement along with counter claim. After contest, the suit was dismissed and the counter claim was allowed, against which, the respondent/plaintiff filed A.S.No.53 of 2016, which is pending. He would further submit that the respondent/plaintiff has also not paid the licence fee nearly Rs.20,00,000/-. Hence, he prays for an early disposal of A.S.No.53 of 2016.
3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the typed set of papers, I am inclined to give a direction to the appellate Court to dispose of the
appeal as early as possible. Accordingly, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai, is directed to dispose of A.S.No.53 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
