The Official Liquidator, High Court Madras v. Nil

Comp.A.No.244 of 2020 in C.P.No.78 of 1984 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., Learned Official Liquidator seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present application and he has also filed a Memo to that effect.
