This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2022 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.04.2022, the petitioner's representation for issuance of patta was considered and the same was rejected, vide proceedings dated 23.04.2022 in Na.Ka.2386/2022/Aa2. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the submission made by the learned Government Advocate.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. However, petitioner is at liberty to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
