Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the seniority list drawn during the year 1999 by the respondent so as to enable the petitioner to get his services regularised as per G.O.Ms.No.95, Environment and Forest Department dated 07.08.2009 with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner has attained the age of 60, hence the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
