Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.656 OF 2017 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the Petitioner/Appellant by the order of the Learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi of Villupuram District in S.C.No.76 of 2016 dated 22.12.2016 pending disposal of the above Crl.A.NO.656 of 2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.NO.656 of 2017 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.RAVI CHANDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made a plea to advance the final hearing of the appeal. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2. In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.
