These Writ Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner in the above Writ Petitions.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader and also perused the materials.

3. Having regard to the fact that the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner have to be brought on record, these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

4. Post the main Writ Petitions on 26.04.2023.
