The petitioners herein wants to quash the F.I.R stating that there is a family dispute which has led to registration of complaint for the offences under Section 498(A), 294 (B), 323, 406, 506(1) of I.P.C.
2. The Learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that now the parties have arrived at compromise and they want to settle their dispute amicably both matrimonial relationship as well as the criminal prosecution. If it is so, it is open to the parties herein to report the matter before the Investigating Officer and get the complaint closed. If any such genuine compromise entered between the parties, the respondent police shall record it and close the investigation in accordance with law.
3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
