After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, who is appearing in person, seeking permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue the matter before the 1st respondent or in the civil proceedings initiated by him. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed and the liberty sought for is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
