Despite the matter being listed on 26.11.2025 and 10.12.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner.

2. Even today (30.03.2026) when the matter is listed under the caption 'for

dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, which only goes to show that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
