This application has been filed to condone the delay of 122 days in filing the written statement of the third defendant in the above captioned suit.
2. Mr.S.R.Raghunathan, learned counsel for the first respondent, Mr.N.P.Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for the second respondent and Mr.S.S.Rajesh, learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that they have no objection in allowing the present application.
3. Heard the learned counsels appearing for their respective parties.
Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respective respondents have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
