ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.134 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This petitioner alleged to attack one Animesh without any provocation, while he was returning from his work to his room where he was staying. On 02.04.2022, at around 11'o clock night, the 1st accused has been arrested and this petitioner is still enlarged.

3. From the FIR, it reveals that they have violated them and they have restrained them, while passing on the road and followed them to the room and attack with hands, legs and cricket stump. The Accident Register indicates that the victim was sustained injury on head and his ear was hard on hearing.

4. Considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
