This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order and decree dated 09.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.1202 of 2015 in O.S.No.38 of 2012 by the Hon'ble Principal District Judge, Puducherry.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement in the case bundle that he has no information from the parties and also reported that the matter has been settled out of Court. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition become infructuous.

3. In view of the endorsement and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.9401 of 2016 is also closed.
