O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 16.10.2018 passed by the learned Mahila Judge, Coimbatore in C.M.P. No.519 of 2018 in Spl. C.C. No.17 of 2014.

2.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has filed C.M.P. No.519 of 2018 to recall the particular prosecution witnesses to cross examine by the counsel for the petitioner. But, the learned Magila Judge has passed conditional order imposing costs on the petitioner to allow the petition. Aggrieved by the conditional order, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. On considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there is no merit in this petition as the Court below rightly imposed the costs on the petitioner to recall the witnesses.

4. In view of the above, the criminal original petition dismissed. No Costs.
