Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to resurvey the schedule lands of the petitioner i.e. the Manavari Punjai land ad-measuring a total extent of 30 cents (0.12.20 Ares) comprised in the Revenue Village Survey Number 553/2 of the Sidumanahalli Revenue Village in the Pennagaram Taluk of the Dharmapuri District and further direct the respondents to rectify the error committed by the Firka Surveyor in the schedule lands.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to resurvey the petitioner's land ad-measuring a total extent of 30 cents (0.12.20 Ares), comprised in Survey Number 553/2 in Sidumanahalli Revenue Village in the Pennagaram Taluk of the Dharmapuri District and further direct the respondents herein to rectify the error committed by the Firka Surveyor.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the application filed by the petitioner, survey was conducted and suitable order has also been passed two days ago and the order will be uploaded today.

3. Considering the said submission, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner has any grievance over the order passed by the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
