Hence this Writ Petition has abated and is closed as such.

2. The prayer in W.P.No.7608 of 2013 is for Writ of Prohibition prohibiting the first respondent, being the Principal Secretary, Department of School Education from proceeding with the enquiry in Na.Ka.2545/D1/2012-1 dated 08.02.2013.

3. After the demise of the petitioner in W.P.No.7608 of 2013, proceedings were taken up by the respondent for appointment of Correspondent to the schools run by K.A.M.P.Meerania Muslim Kalvi Sangam, viz., K.A.Meernia Middle School and K.A.Meernia Higher Secondary School at Kalakadu Village,

Tirunelveli District and one Mr.Peer Mohammed has been appointed as Correspondent of the schools on 11.10.2018.

4. As far as W.P.No.7824 of 2013 is concerned, Mr.K.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that the prayer of the petitioner to dispose of the petitioner's revision dated 21.12.2011 does not survive any further in light of the aforesaid discussion. The petitioner may well pursue the challenge before the Civil Court.

5. W.P.No.7824 of 2013 thus dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
