ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner is the husband of Mrs.Bhuvaneshwari, aged about 27 years. The marriage was solemnized on 03.02.2017. On the day of the marriage, according to the petitioner, he was called to the police station in connection with the case. On coming to know about the said phone call from the police station, it is alleged that the fourth respondent, the father of Mrs.Bhuvaneshwari had taken her and he is now keeping her in his custody. This is the grievance of the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner has come up with this habeas corpus petition. 2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the records carefully.

In our considered view, it appears to be a matrimonial dispute, which is arisen because of the conduct of the petitioner. Therefore, no relief could be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
