Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for records of the respondent in F.No.CHN/R-122/2011-CHA leading to issuance of show cause notice under the Customs Borker's Licensing Regulations, 2013, calling upon the petitioner, to show cause as to why the Licence issued to them should not be revoked and security deposited by them should not be forfeited or penalty should not be imposed on them under Regulation 18 read with Regulation 20 of the Customs Broker's Licensing Regulations, 2013 dated 13.04.2016 and quash the same as it is without jurisdiction, contrary to law and mandate of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013.
