ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st Respondent to re-issue the passport to the petitioner based on his application dated 13.11.2025 vide File No.MA2065956844525 forthwith.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner has suppressed the information about return to India on Emergency Certificate/Deportation/Repatriation, however, submitted that the application of the petitioner dated 13.11.2025 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 13.11.2025 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
