O R D E R

This civil revision petition has been filed against the order dated 21.09.2016 made in I.A.No.51 of 2016 in O.P.No.35 of 2014 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri.

The revision petitioner is husband and respondent herein is wife. The revision petitioner/husband had filed H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2014 before the Sub Court, Ponneri, for dissolution of marriage on the ground of cruelty, in which the respondent/wife filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.51 of 2016 seeking interim maintenance. The Sub Court, after giving opportunities to both the parties, ordered Rs.3000/- as interim maintenance by an order dated 21.09.2016. Aggrieved against the same the present revision has been preferred by the revision petitioner/husband.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/husband filed an additional typed set of papers, in which, order of this Court in Crl.R.C.No.91 of 2018 was enclosed. The revision petitioner herein filed Crl.R.C.No.91 of 2018 against the order dated 05.01.208 in M.C.No.12 of 2015, which was filed by the respondent herein seeking maintenance, wherein the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruaiyam, Pudukottai, has ordered Rs.10,000/- as maintenance. The above order was confirmed by this Court vide the order dated 21.03.2018 made in Crl.R.C.No.91 of 2018.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this revision petition. Hence the revision petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 20.06.2018 Index:Yes/no Internet : Yes/no cgi To The Subordinate Judge, Ponneri.
